Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. You will receive tracking information when your order is on the way.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available at checkout, you may choose that option instead of shipping. We will contact you with pickup instructions when your order is ready.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help you track it down.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Read Write Create is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help make it right.
