Read Write Create’s Creative Writing Sessions are designed for homeschoolers ages 9 and up who want a fun, low-pressure space to write, explore ideas, and grow as storytellers.

Each one-hour session focuses on a single creative writing topic—such as dialogue, description, pacing, or revision—through guided writing exercises and discussion. These sessions are stand-alone and do not build on one another, making it easy for families to register for any class that fits their schedule or interests.

This series is perfect for students who enjoy storytelling, want to practice writing regularly, or are looking for a creative outlet alongside their homeschool studies.

When purchasing a bundle, you will select the first date and time you wish to attend. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to book your remaining sessions.

Zoom sessions are 1 hour and meet on Thursdays at 12:00 PM. You can get a discount by purchasing 6 or 12 session bundles.

In general, most private workshops and field trips are scheduled for Mondays and Fridays. We ask for a minimum of 8 families to book a private event. We will create a private registration link for you to share with the families in your group. Each family can purchase their own spots—bing bang boom, you’re ready to rock!
